Tasheel is the MOHRE-affiliated network of service centres that handle private-sector labour transactions on behalf of employers — work-permit applications, contract registrations, employment-visa typing, and the MOHRE Standard Contract.
What it does
Tasheel centres are spread across the UAE; employers use them to file new hires, renew labour cards, process visa cancellations on resignation, and pay associated MOHRE fees. Employees rarely visit Tasheel directly — the centres process employer-initiated transactions. The Tas'heel system was introduced to consolidate fragmented labour-administration services and accelerate work-permit processing.
