Al Marmoom

Al Marmoom Heritage Village

Al Marmoom Heritage Village is a cultural venue on the Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), a few hundred metres from the Al Marmoom camel racetrack. It comes alive each spring during the Al Marmoom Heritage Festival, when a traditional market, Emirati wedding displays and hundreds of camel races draw visitors from across the Gulf. Entry is free, with activity centred on the festival and the October–April racing season next door.

Al Marmoom Camel Racetrack

Al Marmoom Camel Racetrack on the Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66) is the base of the Dubai Camel Racing Club and the emirate's principal camel racing venue. Races run on early mornings through the October–April season, with robot jockeys aboard and owners trailing in 4x4s, and the track hosts the free-to-attend Al Marmoom Heritage Festival every spring.
