The best free running tracks in Dubai are Jumeirah Beach (7 km coastal), Burj Park (scenic Downtown loop), Al Mamzar Beach (4 km), and Al Barsha Pond Park (1.5 km rubberized). Zabeel Park has a jogging track running through one of Dubai's largest urban parks in the Za'abeel district, close to Al Karama. Entry is AED 5 per person, paid by NOL card. The park is also home to the Dubai Frame — making it a popular combination stop for runners and tourists alike.

Safa Park has a 3.5km tree-lined running track around the park perimeter in the Al Safa district of Dubai, close to the Dubai Water Canal. Entry is AED 3 per person — open daily from 8:00 AM with views of the Burj Khalifa along the route.

Al Mamzar Beach Park has a 4km running track looping around the Al Mamzar lagoon in northeast Dubai. The track runs through shaded parkland with sea views — one of the most scenic running routes in the city. Entry to the park is AED 5 per person.

Track Details

The running track at Al Mamzar Beach Park follows a 4km loop around the lagoon, passing beaches, shaded picnic areas, and open grass. The surface is paved and suitable for running, jogging, and walking. The route is relatively flat with no significant elevation.

Al Barsha Pond Park running track is a 1.5 km rubberized jogging loop around a landscaped pond in the Al Barsha 2 area of Dubai. Entry is free. The track is marked every 100 metres, has a separate parallel cycling path, and is one of the most popular running tracks in Dubai.

Dubai Sports City has a professional 400-metre synthetic athletics track at the ICC Academy ground — the standard-spec, lane-marked oval most park running tracks in Dubai aren't trying to be. It's used by athletics clubs, school teams, and individual runners doing structured interval work. Entry is paid: a day fee or a membership rather than the free, open-access model of Jumeirah Beach or Al Barsha Pond Park.
