Mushrif Central Park is a 16-hectare family park on Airport Road, central Abu Dhabi, best known for its bookable charcoal BBQ pits — a rarity in the capital — alongside themed children's gardens, age-segmented playgrounds, picnic lawns and a roughly 2 km internal jogging loop. Reopened after major renovation in 2014, it is one of the city's most kid-oriented public parks.

Ajman Corniche is the emirate's main waterfront — a 3 km free public beach and promenade with a jogging track, kids' play areas, and a string of low-rise cafés. The quietest of the UAE's open beaches and a 35-minute drive from central Dubai.
