Reem Central Park is Al Reem Island's flagship public space — a 70,000 m² modern park with a 2 km paved running loop, outdoor fitness stations, and a dense Reem skyline backdrop. The newest of Abu Dhabi's notable running tracks. Free.

The Saadiyat Beach run combines a 3 km paved waterfront path with views of the Arabian Gulf and the Louvre Abu Dhabi dome on the horizon. Saadiyat Island's cultural district makes this one of the more architectural running routes in the UAE.

Al Wahda Park is a small neighbourhood park in central Abu Dhabi (Madinat Zayed area) with a 1.5 km paved running loop. The closest convenient track to Hamdan Street and the central business district. Free to enter.

Khalifa Park's internal running paths cover roughly 2.5 km through a 50-hectare landscaped park near the Corniche. Shaded sections, canal views, family-oriented, and one of the few inland running options in central Abu Dhabi.

Al Bateen Beach offers a 3 km paved running track along a calm public beach in central Abu Dhabi — quieter than the Corniche, family-oriented, and within 10 minutes of the city centre. Free to access.

Yas Marina Walk is a 5 km paved running loop around the Yas Marina F1 Circuit on Yas Island. Free, lit at night, with views of the marina, the curving Yas Hotel arc, and the F1 grandstand.

Abu Dhabi's Corniche Beach Running Track is an 8 km paved track along the Arabian Gulf — the emirate's most-used outdoor running route, free to access, lit at night, and parallel to a public sand beach the entire way.

Al Ittihad Park is a free, 24/7 public park on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah with a 3.2 km jogging loop, native UAE flora, kids' play areas, and direct Palm Monorail access — Dubai's most-used outdoor space outside the beachfront.
